CNKI China Academic Journal Network (Taicang)

ChinaQKing (China Journal Network), founded by China Science Periodical Electronic Periodical Office, is currently the largest academic periodicals database in China. It used to be China Science Periodical Database. This database is the largest continuously dynamic updated China’s periodical full-text database in the world nowadays, including more than 9,000 kinds of periodicals. With the dominance of science, technology, policy guidance, high-level popularization of science and education, it includes some periodicals concerning elementary education, popularization of science, culture and literary works for the public, covering various fields such as natural science, engineering technologies, agriculture, philosophy, medical science and humanistic and social science. The total number of the full-text literature reaches more than 30 million.

Specials: the products can be classified into ten major specials:Science and engineering A, B, C, agriculture, medicine and health, literary, history and philosophy, politics, military and laws, education and social science, electronic technology and information science, economics and management. The ten specials are also classified into 168 special topics and almost 3,600 sub-columns.

Source of literature: The full texts of more than 8,200 comprehensive periodicals and special journals in China.

Forms of products: WEB version (online packet ), mirror site version, CD version and traffic billing.

Including years: from 1994 to today (some periodicals dated back to the foundation of it)

Updating frequency: daily updating of 5,000 to7,000 articles by the CNKI center website and database exchange service center.
