Xujiang Experimental Middle School Branch

Xujiang Experimental Middle School Branch opened on September 9, 2008, which opened up a new cooperative mode in China that the middle school library is included in to the central-branch system of public library. It has a Students’ Reading Room, a Teachers’ Reading Room, and a Student’s Study Room. The library resources include nearly 60 thousand books, 6,500 audiovisual discs, and 200 kinds of newspaper and periodicals. Opening time: 9:00 - 18:00 on Monday to Friday; 9:00 - 17:00 on Saturday and Sunday; 9:00 - 17:00 in winter and summer vacation.   (Xuzhong Branch doesn’t open during the normal class time, and only open to the children holding the Children's Card of Suzhou Library or Suzhou Education E Card on weekend as well as winter and summer vacation. Parents are not allowed to enter; if any parent want to apply the Children's Card of Suzhou Library, please carry the household register of the children who applying the card.)
