"Suzhou Lecture Room"--Public service lecture

    The "Suzhou Lecture Room" is one of the brand programs of the public welfare public culture service which are actively promoted by Suzhou Library; the lectures cover all aspects of social life. In recent years, the "Suzhou Lecture Room " has held an average of more than 100 lectures each year, and created a series of lectures, including "Masters' Lecture Hall", "Pioneer Forum", "Suzhou Local Culture", "Opera Lecture Hall", "Business Lecture", "Meeting for Health", "Popularization of Science", "Tourism Lecture Hall", "Reader Counseling", "Garden Culture", "Chinese History and Culture", "Children's Paradise"; brands like "Suzhou Lecture Room in branch libraries" and "Pioneer Forum in Communities" are also founded to be increasingly involved in different communities and to be closer to public life.

    Time of activities: Information about "Suzhou Lecture Room" will be published in advance in the Suzhou Library website, the billboards in the library lobby, the "Scholarly Suzhou" Wechat public number, at the same time, a list of lectures coming up will be prepared and issued to the audience.

    Participation method: All ordinary lectures are free of charge, no tickets required (special lectures that require admission tickets will be notified separately. Free tickets will be available at the guiding desk in the lobby of Suzhou Library)
