Reading of classical articles

    Since 2005, the Suzhou Library has been holding "Reading of classical articles" on April 23rd-- the "World Reading Day" every year, to commemorate the common festivals of readers around the world. These events aim to promote the library service activities for the readers, and to create an atmosphere for nationwide reading. Each year, there are many teams , including the communities, primary and secondary schools, the troops, hospitals and blind association, participating in the event. This event brings people enjoyment in reading, and reflects the spirits of "Love reading, reading good books and reading classic articles".
