Rules for E-reading room

Article 1 Readers can enter this room with Suzhou Library readers card or Suzhou Citizen Card A/B (with book-borrowing function activated), and one card is for one reader only.

Article 2 Opening hours: 9:00 -- 21:00. The card holders can have free access to the Internet for two hours each day.

Article 3 In order to provide a nice environment for the readers, those with dishevel dress are not allow to enter this room; food and beverages cannot be brought in.

Article 4 Follow the orders of the library staff, do not change seats or speak loudly (use of mobile is forbidden in this room), and smoking is forbidden in this room.

Article 5 The readers can access the library's rich online information and related information on the Internet, and use on-demand VOD playing.

Article 6 CD-ROM, disk, U-disk and MP4 are not allowed in this room.

Article 7 Comply with national laws and regulations, have self-respect and self-esteem. Do not use the computers in this room for sex films, reactionary or other improper activities, offenders will be held accountable.

Article 8 Minors are not allowed to enter.

Article 9 Please take care of public facilities, in case of damages of equipment or software, as the circumstance may be, the compensation will be 2~5 times the original price.
