Loumen Branch, opened on July 18, 2012 and located on the Second  Floor, Loumen Subdistrict Office, No. 9, Rigui Road, owns resources including over 8 thousand books, over 2 thousand of which children’s books, nearly 1 thousand audiovisual discs, 100 kinds of newspapers and periodicals, and 10 computers for readers’ free use. With an Adult Reading Area, a Children’s Reading Area, and a Public Electronic Reading Area, it is the best place for leisure reading. Opening time: closed on the morning of Monday; and open from 13:00 - 17:00 on Monday, and 9:00 - 17:00 from Tuesday to Sunday.
