Rules for book borrowing from children's circulation room
Article 1 This room is for children of 1st and 2nd grades in primary school with children readers' cards, children citizen cards and E-cards. The parents shall accompany the children when selecting and borrowing books.
Article 2 The opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 12:00 -- 18:00
Saturday, Sunday and holidays (including winter and summer holidays): 9:00 -- 18:00
Article 3 The books of this room are open to inter-library borrowing and returning with children's books of all branch libraries.
Article 4 Please keep all bags, pens, food and toys in the storage area of the ground floor, and please take your valuables with you. Please do not chew chewing gum in this room.
Article 5 This room is for open-shelf reading and borrowing, the readers can select the books by themselves. If you do not intend to borrow the books after reading, please put them back in the same place according to the color on the spine.
Article 6 When you are borrowing books, please carefully check for damages and defacement (such as comments, smear, tear, water stains, serious folding, etc), if any, please let the staff know in time.
Article 7 For each card, a total of 10 books can be borrowed, and the total value of borrowed books shall be no more than 300 Yuan. The books can be kept for a period of 30 days, which can be renewed twice and 10 days for each renewal. For overdue books, a late fee of 0.05 Yuan per day shall be paid. The journals cannot be borrowed and taken away.
Article 8 The parents shall tell the children to take good care of the books and do not tear pages or write on the books. Contamination or damages of the books shall be compensated. If the chips or books are damages, the reader shall pay the fine of 5 Yuan per book. In case of deliberate destruction or stealing of books, a compensation of 3--10 times the book price shall be paid.
Article 9 If you lose any book, please buy the original book as compensation, or pay 2--5 times the book price to the library.
Article 10 Parent shall care for their children, in order to ensure the safety of every child.
