Duxiu Knowledge Search Database

Duxiu Knowledge Search Database is a colossal  knowledge base system consisting of  massive Chinese book resources. Based on 3.10 million kinds of bibliographic information, 2.15 million types of original texts and 90 million papers of Chinese materials, it provides readers with contents and FTR (full-text retrieval) that penetrate into content of books, sample literature and acquisition of literature resource through emails. It is a knowledge search and literature service platform in a real sense. Currently our library has officially introduced this database. When you input index words in the search box, the retrieval results are extended to literature resources, including relevant books, periodicals, conference papers, dissertations and newspapers. Moreover, you can find resources you need through resources collected in our library, document delivery and other ways. Readers are welcome to access and use it!

Instructions:

Step 1: visit homepage of Duxiu Knowledge Search Database or click out link to the library;

Step 2: According to their own demands, readers are capable of searching information in channels such as knowledge, books, periodicals, newspapers, dissertations and conference papers;

Step 3: Take book channel for example, clicking the title or cover of the chosen book in the retrieval results provides an access to detailed pages of the book. In order to facilitate readers to better locate their needed books, Duxiu offers readers original texts to read for a trial (the scope includes contents, preface and part of texts).

Step 4: For your convenience to acquire resources, Duxiu provides multiple accesses on the detail pages: for example, books include borrowing paper books in the library (collected paper books in the library), reading full texts of electric books (e-book in the library), reference (document in delivery in the library), inter-library union catalog of books, online links of books and so on.
