Convenience service program -- "You choose the books, and we pay the bills"

The brand service program of "You choose the books, and we pay the bills" is a convenience service program launched by Suzhou Library in 2014 which became a normalized system in 2015, and is  jointly carried out by Suzhou Library, Suzhou Xinhua Bookstore and big private bookstores. This service aims to facilitate the public to borrow books and to realize the effective matching between the library book collections with the readers' demands. The readers can choose books in designated bookstores or online platforms and immediately take the books home as long as the books meet the collection requirements of the library. Each license holder can select 2 books each time, and they can choose among the topics of literary and artistic novels, social science, natural science and engineering (with a marked price no more than 100 Yuan; and the books for this program does not include teaching materials, supplementary teaching materials, textbooks, workbooks, papers, maps and wall charts, the bibliographic details is subject to computer inquiries).
